Derrick Rose Traded to New York Knicks

Derrick Rose signed with the New York Knicks after years of playing for the Chicago bulls. The deal was done shortly after the free agency started. He was traded for multiple player swap.
New York traded center Robin Lopez, guard Jose Calderon and guard Jerian Grant to Chicago, which shipped guard Justin Holiday, Rose and a 2017 second-round pick back to the Knicks.
Honestly, this move should make a revamp to the career of the former MVP. Rose, a Chicago native, was drafted by the Bulls with the No.1 overall pick out of Memphis in 2008. He suffered multiple injuries the passed seasons that threatened his career. His on court presence declined.
He still got the power to play. Though not as dominant as before, he still can score and contribute to the Knicks. The New York Knicks should make their presence felt. Now stocked with talents, the likes of Anthony and Porzingis, would leave a threat to other teams. The upcoming season should be a playoff discussion for them.
